How does flaming show a lack of respect? Do you respect people who flame others? Why?

Flaming shows lack of respect because the person is verbally abusing someone.  It's a bad thing to do to slander people.  I don't respect people who flame others.  It's bad and I would never do that.  It gives people bad reputations.
