Cyber bullying is a big deal so I think that it was right to pass that law.  It protects people that are getting bullied and they need another defense to keep them safe.  People try everything to harm someone by passing that law they have secured a way to stop this.  They took another way of bullying away from people.  This laws should be beneficial to everyone.
